Photo Gallery of Affordable Housing Under Construction
Housing Opportunity Programs, Inc. is a not-for-profit New Jersey organization that converts non-performing derelict residential houses into desirable, affordable housing.
This page presents photos of two of our current projects. One is a "stick up" brand new building, the other is a renovation of an existing property.®
("HOP"®
or "HOPz"®).
Progress of both projects is being chronicled by a film crew for inclusion in a 2010-2011 series on the Public Broadcasting System "PBS" Television network about innovations in community development in America, and the symbiotic partnerships between corporations and grassroots organizations that effectuate some of the innovations financially.

your community, by strengthening the social and economic fabric of New Jersey's
communities through the reduction of "board-ups".
