 HOPz Brochures
Housing Opportunity Programs ("HOPz") is a non-profit foundation (recognized by the IRS) whose mission is to convert derelict "board-up" properties into desirable, affordable neighborhood housing. We've produced a brochure that describes the problems we address and how we hope to address them, who we are, and how we can help you, your organization, and your community.

Example of a Success Story
We've prepared a one-page document titled "Reduce the Board-Ups In Your Community". This illustrates one of our success stories: a property in Long Branch, NJ that had been boarded up for years, attracting vermin and vandals.  Charlotte Cohen, in the course of her real estate business, acquired and renovated the property. Today it provides safe, desirable neighborhood housing for 3 families receiving housing assistance. HOPz was formed to repeat this kind of success, throughout the Central and Northern sections of New Jersey.

This one-page document, entitled "Reduce the Board-Ups In Your Community" is available in 2 different file formats:

1. Best Resolution. For the best image and print quality, we recommend you click here to download, view and then print the Acrobat PDF version of the file. It's 1.15 megabytes, so it'll take 30-45 seconds to download using a DSL connection, and 3-4 minutes using a dial-up connection. You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.

2. Faster Download Speed. If you're using a dial-up connection, you can click here to view the document in your web browser. It will download in 15-30 seconds, and will look fine. However printing this version will result in poor image quality.
